Service Description

Our Eden Prairie office is quiet location where our clients can get their labs done without the waiting room. We offer a private space where, you as a client, will be treated with compassion and respect and we will do whatever we can to reduce the stress and anxiety that comes with getting getting your blood draw. *This option is for Ulta Labs clients only. If you are using any of our other partners, please book an appointment through our have a lab kit option.

Cancellation Policy

In order to keep a proficient and punctual schedule, we have employed a 3 hour cancelation policy which states that any cancellations less than 3 hours from scheduled appointment will not be refundable. By proceeding with the scheduling process, it is assumed that this policy is understood and acceptable by all parties.
